      Hi Roma Burke,
For most regular shampoos, there are no drugs in them. They basically contain surfactants which allow the oils that builds up in our hair to be removed.
In some cases for skin conditions (eg dandruff) on the scalp you can get shampoo’s with medicines on that will act locally on the scalp to treat the fungal infection that can cause dandruff

All shampoos have chemicals in that help wash your hair and keep in clean- sometimes you can get specially medicated shampoos if you have an illness that affects your skin (eczema, psoriasis, other inflamed or dry skin conditions), which do contain medical compounds.
