        now there’s somone talking my language! Fireworks need a few basic parts;
        something to provide the spark and allow for a safe retreat. i.e a fuse
        A fuel – something to ignite, such as gunpowder
        Someting to contain it, so it just doesn’t catch on fire like a cardboard tube
        and most importantly something to prvide the ooh’s and aaah’s! basically any thing that is bright and shiny and provides the ‘effect’. different elements will burn with different colour flames. For example aluminium burns with a white flame, barium burns witha green flame, copper burns with a blue flame, etc.
        Of course I should add that you need to know what you’re doing when combining these chemicals and it must only be done by a trained pyrotechnician.
