      Hi,

I started in school like you and I studied Chemistry, Maths and Physics to my final year at School! I left school and went to university for four years where I studied Chemistry, I also did Maths in my first year at university as I find it helps with my job! I have since been working in industry for ten years! You could say I have been studying chemistry for 14 years! Although I have left college, I have never stopped learning and I also hold the qualification of a Chartered Chemist demonstrating my commitment to lifelong learning in science.

I studied science all through school, although by the end I was studying Chemistry, Maths, History and French- I just really like lots of different subjects! At university I did a 4 year undergraduate degree, and have been studying and researching for my PhD for 4 more years… so 8 years post-school I guess 🙂
